Refund Policy
CipherChess Pro comes with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with it, ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full.
What is covered
- Your first payment, monthly or yearly, within 14 days of being charged.
- A renewal, within 14 days of the renewal charge. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, tell us and we will refund it.
A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund: cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
How to ask
Email billing@cipherchess.com from the address on your account and say you would like a refund. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask Paddle, who handles our payments, at paddle.net.
How it is paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle sends the refund to the payment method you paid with. It usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and the account returns to the free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
After 14 days
Outside the guarantee you can still cancel at any time. Pro then runs to the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway and we will put it right.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you where you live, including any right to withdraw from an online purchase. It does not replace or limit them.
