Questions about paying
Can I use CipherChess without paying?
Yes. A free account has the board, the explorer, the Mega Database, reviews, repertoires, training, imports and the Library, with the limits in the table above. No card is needed.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your account page, at any time. Pro keeps running to the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.
What happens to my games and repertoires if I stop Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you saved stays in your account. Above the free limits you can keep what you have, but you cannot add more until you go back to Pro.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and it is refunded in full, no reason needed. Read the refund policy
Who takes the payment, and in what currency?
Paddle.com Market Limited is our reseller and merchant of record, so their name appears on your statement. Prices are set in US dollars; where Paddle can, it shows your local price, and any tax is shown before you pay.
